Acceptance of Orders
We will process the order and validate your credit or debit card when the order is ready to be shipped. Once that has been done, we will confirm that your order has been despatched by sending you an email to the email address you gave us through the registration form.
When placing an order with us, you can choose to pay with a debit or a credit card. All purchases made through the MAD Beauty website are secured with SagePay so your personal information is protected and safe at all times. All charges will be made in UK Sterling and will include VAT at the current rate.
Shipping & Handling
After your order has been placed, we will endeavour to despatch it within 24-48 hours from Monday to Friday. In case your order has been placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday, it will be processed on the first working day following and will be despatched as soon as possible, our normal turnaround time is 48 hours however in the peak season (August to November) deliveries can take a few days longer. Please call if you have an urgent requirement and we will try our best to assist.
Please bear in mind that around Christmas time, processing an order might take a bit more than 48 hours, but we will try to prepare it as quickly as possible.
Delivery Charges: This differs for different sectors and will depend on parcel sizes, weight etc and different carriage offers depending on the price lists.
Full orders will be despatched provided that stock is available. In the rare occasion that stock is not available, we will contact you by phone or email to advise on additional delays to the order. You will either be given an estimated delivery date for the out of stock item, or will be offered an alternative product with an estimated delivery date.
If you wish to cancel your order please send us an email within as soon as possible as we do aim to ship it within 48 hours as long as the items are in stock.
If the order has been already despatched then please send it back to us within 7 working days but we will not be responsible for the postage costs.
Once the order reaches us, full refund against the original credit card used for to make the purchase.
U.K Retail Customers : Postage charges - Order values up to £10.00 - P&P £3.99, £10.00 to £50.00 - P&P £6.99. Orders over £50.00 are posted Free of Charge.

Overseas Customers: An approximate cost is added at checkout but actual charges will be notified once best shipping rates have been calculated when the goods are packed and you will be given the option of accepting them and paying any extras or cancelling the order for a full refund.
Returns & Refunds
If you wish to make a refund or request an exchange, please send us an email within 7 days from the receipt of goods.
Exchanges and refunds can happen under three circumstances:
- If we have made a mistake and we sent you a wrong, defective or damaged product you will receive a replacement. Please allow us up to a week to process the exchange and send you the replacement. In this case the postage will be paid by us.
- If you wish to return an item we will require you to send it back to us (postage will be at your expense) and you will either be offered a full refund (including the original postage & handling charges) against the original credit card used for to make the purchase, or you will be able to exchange it for something else to the same value or can be used to contribute to an item of a higher value.
