Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, our products are 100% cruelty-free. Since our launch in 2000, we have never tested our products or ingredients on animals at any stage of development. Our commitment to ethical practices is reinforced by our PETA accreditation, ensuring that our beauty products are both high-quality and animal-friendly.
Are your products vegan?
The majority of our products are vegan with the exception of lip balms that contain beeswax to nourish and protect the lips.

How do I subscribe to your email list?

How do I unsubscribe from your email list?
To unsubscribe from our email list, you can either uncheck the subscription box in your account settings or click the Unsubscribe link located at the bottom of any of our emails. Your preferences will be updated immediately.

Can I gift wrap my order, send a gift message with my order or buy gift vouchers?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer gift wrapping, gift messaging, or gift vouchers.
Delivery Information
What are the postage charges for U.K. retail customers?
For U.K. retail customers, the postage charges are as follows:
- Order values up to £10.00: £3.99
- Order values between £10.00 and £50.00: £6.99
- Orders over £50.00: Posted free of charge
How are estimated delivery dates calculated?
Estimated delivery dates are based on working days. When checking out, please select "UK Delivery."
What about delivery for U.K. trade customers?
Delivery charges for U.K. trade customers are added at checkout.
What if I’m an overseas customer?
Overseas customers will see an approximate shipping cost at checkout. However, actual charges will be confirmed once the goods are packed. You’ll have the option to accept the charges or cancel the order for a full refund. Keep in mind that local taxes and import duties may apply, which are not Mad Beauty’s responsibility.
