Returns & Refunds
If you wish to make a refund or request an exchange, please send us an email within 7 days from the receipt of goods.
Exchanges and refunds can happen under three circumstances:
- If we have made a mistake and we sent you a wrong, defective or damaged product you will receive a replacement. Please allow us up to a week to process the exchange and send you the replacement. In this case the postage will be paid by us.
- If you wish to return an item we will require you to send it back to us (postage will be at your expense) and you will either be offered a full refund (including the original postage & handling charges) against the original credit card used for to make the purchase, or you will be able to exchange it for something else to the same value or can be used to contribute to an item of a higher value.
