Placing an order
Placing an order with Mad Beauty is as simple as browsing through the website and putting the items you wish to buy in your basket!
Acceptance of Orders
We will process the order and validate your credit or debit card when the order is ready to be shipped. Once that has been done, we will confirm that your order has been despatched by sending you an email to the email address you gave us through the registration form.
When placing an order with us, you can choose to pay with a debit or a credit card. All purchases made through the MAD Beauty website are secured with SagePay so your personal information is protected and safe at all times. All charges will be made in UK Sterling and will include VAT at the current rate.
Shipping & Handling
After your order has been placed, we will endeavour to despatch it within 24-48 hours from Monday to Friday. In case your order has been placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday, it will be processed on the first working day following and will be despatched within 24-48 hours.
Please bear in mind that around Christmas time, processing an order might take a bit more than 48 hours, but we will try to prepare it as quickly as possible.
Delivery Charges: This differs for different sectors and will depend on parcel sizes, weight etc and different carriage offers depending on the price lists.
A nominal charge for shipping will be added at checkout, we hope that the cost will be fairly accurate and we will always attempt to obtain the best value price once the goods are packed. If there is an extra cost we will notify the customer before shipping to either choose to pay the difference or to cancel the order for a full refund if preferred.
We are unable to ship hand sanitizers to international addresses, currently, we do not ship to PO boxes
Your order maybe subject to local taxes and import duties. Please note that Mad Beauty is not responsible for these costs and they may need to be paid locally. In the event that the goods are returned to us if not paid we reserve the right to only refund the cost of the goods and any costs for shipping, taxes or returns will be deducted.
Full orders will be despatched provided that stock is available. In the rare occasion that stock is not available, we will contact you by phone or email to advise on additional delays to the order. You will either be given an estimated delivery date for the out of stock item, or will be offered an alternative product with an estimated delivery date.
If you wish to cancel your order please send us an email within as soon as possible as we do aim to ship it within 48 hours as long as the items are in stock.
If the order has been already despatched then please send it back to us within 7 working days but we will not be responsible for the postage costs.
Once the order reaches us, full refund against the original credit card used for to make the purchase.

You agree to be fully responsible for any claim, expense, liability, losses, costs including legal fees incurred by us arising from any infringement of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.
Mad Beauty reserves the right to change any part of this agreement without notice and your use of the website will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement. We advise users to regularly check the Terms and Conditions of this agreement.
Mad Beauty has complete discretion to modify or remove any part of this site without warning or liability arising from such action.
